Red Cocoa is a small private company owned and run by engineers and project managers located in Lincoln, NE in the heart of the Great Plains. We have a general philosophy of being a pro-engineering company set in a midwest environment with a mid-west work ethic. Our goal is to offer high-performance software and hardware engineering and project management talents at attractive pricing while creating exciting and interesting engineering career opportunities within our community. That is our mission and we carry it out with a pro-Nebraska and pro-midwest spirit of flexibility, hard work, and practical frame of mind.

We are a small group of high performance individuals having a rather broad experience. Most of our staff has worked in the past for major technology companies like Motorola and Garmin and / or within the academic setting at the University of Nebraska. At the same time, the staff has spent many years working together and has formed a strong team dynamic.

So we have experience in big company big budget projects and small company small budget projects. We have individuals on staff with PhDs and Masters degrees which demonstrate our intellectual interests and abilities. At the same time we all have a strong practical interest in clean, simple, practical implementation. This combination has led to a long history of successful project and product implementation.
